This is our second meal with the Shiitakes and my personal favorite. Ribeye steak smothered in Shiitakes. The mushrooms were sautéed in butter, olive oil, and white wine vinegar, Yum! The sides are Baby Kale salad and baked sweet potato. This was an five star meal served in our very own kitchen. Don't forget the red wine!
